BSS Journal - Week 0 Summary

Here is the summary of my weigh-ins for Week 0:

  • Starting weight: 283.8
  • Monday: 279.0 (-4.8) [60min Spin Class]
  • Tuesday: 277.4 (-1.6; -6.4 total)
  • Wednesday: 275.8 (-1.6; -8.0 total)
  • Thursday: 274.8 (-1.0; -9.0 total)
  • Friday: 272.6 (-2.2; -11.2 total) [45min Spin Session]
  • Saturday: 272.8 (+0.2; -11.0 total)
  • Sunday: 272.6 (-0.2; -11.2 total)
  • Final weight: 272.8 (-11.2)
Overall, what should be noted is that the days that I worked out were the days I had the biggest losses.

This week was strictly about cutting out refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, flours, caffeine and alcohol (the book also says nicotine, but neither of us have/use nicotine products).  Next week, we remove dairy and glutens in addition to what we were already excluding.  This will continue for six weeks.

  1. A lady never reveals her weight, so I'll just leave you with my grand total loss of -6.4. :) This program works! I don't feel deprived! I try not to think about what I can't have, but rather what I can. :)
